KRA Technical Support is available with the KReady technologies (M-F 8:00 am – 4:00 pm):


To submit an online ticket:

  1. Go to the MiServiceDesk Support:
  2. Log into your MiServiceDesk account (These are not your KReady credentials. First-time users will need to create an account).
  3. Submit a ticket with the necessary information (be sure to include your name and a contact number).

Ready for Kindergarten Online Resources and Assessment Updates for Michigan

Kindergarten Readiness Assessment App

There are 17 items available on the KRA App this year. Those items include mathematics and language/literacy items. For additional support, see below for screencasts on using the app.

Please note that the voice-over in the KRA App is a female voice. You will notice that what she says for each item matches verbatim what is in the print version of the scripts in the Teacher Administration Manual. All items in the KRA App are available in print format.
